The Finger Companies hosted a ceremonial ribbon cutting in April 2023 for The Quin, the developer’s 373-unit luxury rental community in Schaumburg. Attendees toured the building’s designer one- and two-bedroom model units and resident amenities, including lounges, a catering kitchen, rentable guest suite, fitness center and business center.

Jill Jewett, president and co-owner of the Finger Companies, and Schaumburg Mayor Tom Dailly delivered remarks to nearly 100 guests, including members of the Schaumburg Business Association.

We created an immersive experience with golf tips from PGA professional and TopGolf Regional Director of Instruction Jack Wilband in The Quin’s golf simulator room. We kept it local with a talented jazz trio that included students from nearby William Fremd High School.

Guests also learned about The Quin’s outdoor amenities, coming later in the year, such as the 2.5-acre park with gated dog areas, as well as landscaped courtyards with resort-style pools, outdoor kitchens and entertaining areas.
