The Puppy Mill Project hosts its annual benefit the weekend of Mother’s Day to build awareness about mother dogs left behind in the mills.  The 2018 “Jeans and Jewels” event at the chic downtown Kimpton Hotel Allegro included a vegan dinner buffet, silent and live auctions, pledge appeal and music by hit cover band Out of Control. Furry friends, of course, were welcome! Funds from this event support the group’s educational outreach.

The Puppy Mill Project raises awareness and educates the public about puppy mills and their connection to puppies sold in pet stores, online and through other outlets.  The organization also facilitates rescue and advocates for change.
