More than 100 VIPs attended the private grand opening event of this sophisticated, high-end North Shore property.  The LEED Silver certified residential building was celebrated by the investors, architects, builders, designers, lenders, business partners and friends that made it possible. Village officials attended, too.

The weeknight event showcased the property’s indoor and outdoor amenities – landscaped terrace, fitness center and studio, spa with hot tub, steam room, sauna and more.  Guests toured model units, as well.

A Moroccan platter, mini tomato gazpacho shooters, chilled carrot-ginger soup, early fall inspired sweets (and much more) delighted guests.
