In September we worked with a global construction and development firm to plan and coordinate its multi-day leadership conference held at the Radisson Blu Aqua, the award-winning hotel the firm built in 2009 to LEED-Silver certification standards.

The conference included moderator-led sessions each day, plus property tours and evening activities that introduced Chicago to attendees who had flown in from around the country.

During the first evening, the group enjoyed a Wendella architectural river cruise that showed off not only the beauty of the city, but many of the buildings the company developed over the years. After the river tour, the boat docked at River Roast Restaurant, and guests enjoyed drinks on the outdoor terrace before heading in for dinner.

During the second evening, attendees enjoyed bowling, bocce, dinner and mingling at Pinstripes with more beautiful views of the city from the venue’s outdoor terrace along Ogden Slip.

We helped coordinate details from swag bags to special evening activities, meals to motor coach transportation, as well as logistics and food and beverage at the hotel.

The company’s public relations firm called on us to coordinate this conference.
