In October 2018, a leading international property group celebrated the grand opening of its luxury high-rise in Chicago’s South Loop.

More than 100 guests attended, including elected officials, project team members, VIPs and the visual artist whose work is on display in the tower’s lobby.  Guests enjoyed delicious food and beautiful skyline views.

The event included tours of the model residences as well as the 35,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space. The grand opening also highlighted the property’s amenity level, which houses a listening lounge with playable instruments; shop space with sewing machines, craft supplies and easels; virtual sports simulation room; resident lounge with billiards and ping pong; and more.
