We planned a grand opening event celebrating a new community of 236 luxury apartments with stunning views of Lake Michigan near Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We sourced local vendors who provided food and drink, including beer from a popular nearby brewery.

Guests included development partners, local officials, media representatives and the project’s new residents. During the weeknight event, guests toured the property’s amenity spaces, including its pool courtyard featuring a stunning infinity-edge pool, a resort-style activity courtyard with fire pits and lounging areas, a two-level fitness studio, fashionable entertainment kitchen and elegant formal dining room.
