The Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate at Roosevelt University held its annual gala celebrating commercial real estate leaders and supporting real estate education.

The Institute held its annual gala at 167 N. Green, an exciting new venue in Chicago’s Fulton Market District in the West Loop. More than 250 guests mingled beneath ceiling lights designed as an art installation. They enjoyed custom cocktails and appetizers and dined on Lettuce Entertain You’s delicious culinary offerings.

Kehoe Designs elevated the experience with a modern lounge grouping, beautiful florals, exciting bar backdrops, and a custom photo backdrop where many of the 250-plus guests eagerly posed for pictures.

2024 Honoree Regina Stilp, Principal of Farpoint Development, is a leading commercial real estate developer with over 20 years of experience developing sustainable, desirable properties that galvanize communities.
