The Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate (MBIRE) at Roosevelt University held its annual gala at 167 N. Green, an exciting new venue in Chicago’s Fulton Market District in the West Loop. This large new space boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with amazing panoramic views of the Chicago skyline from the 17th floor. Crain’s Chicago Business featured the modern venue as one of the “best new event spaces” in 2023. It’s always fun to adapt an event to an exciting new space.

Guests mingled beneath ceiling lights designed as an art installation. They enjoyed custom cocktails and appetizers, then dined on Lettuce Entertain You’s iconic culinary offerings.

Kehoe Designs elevated the experience with modern lounge groupings, beautiful florals, exciting bar backdrops, and a custom photo backdrop where many of the 200-plus guests eagerly posed for pictures.

The Institute was created to support the faculty, students and real estate industry through research, guest lectures, job placement, executive education and events.

MBIRE’s public relations firm asked us to plan and coordinate this high-profile event for the fourth year.
